Items ship within 1-3 working days of purchase. All items will be made after the order. (Custom-made will take more time)

Please be careful not to make a mistake with the sending address.

I cannot take responsibility for the lost package or when there was a mistake in the shipping address detail.

Delivering time differs with the country. Outside Australia usually takes about 3 weeks but sometimes takes 6 weeks in peak holiday times. Please note we don't have enough control over delivery times.

Please also note that all duties, taxes, and costs incurred at the time of import are the responsibility of the buyer.
